Establish a constant presence of the Academy in the countries of the Americas, and before national, regional and continental organizations, establishing exchanges and strong collaborative ties.

Diversify the Academy with an infusion of diverse engineering leaders from the new generations (men and women), who represent the future of Engineering.

Create the capacity to address the existing connection between energy, food production and water distribution, through the planning, design, construction, implementation of logistics and operational systems and maintenance of infrastructure projects for sustainability.

Build capacity to develop plans for: (1) Preparing for potential disasters caused by natural phenomena and weather changes, which have negative impacts and effects on urban and neighboring sectors, infrastructure systems and buildings.

Build the capacity to actively participate and contribute to the 17 United Nations Sustainable Development Goals at four levels: (1) the individual professional level; (2) at the level of companies that do consulting in engineering, design, construction, operations and maintenance; (3) at the level of professional organizations; and (4) at the level of research and academic teaching.
